Dr. Confait is a Board Certified ophthalmologist specializing in clear cornea/topical anesthesia cataract surgery as well as laser vision correction, diabetic and glaucoma laser surgery, and eyelid surgery. Dr. Confait is a VISX CustomVue and Intralase certified refractive surgeon offering the newest technology in laser vision correction.

Dr. Confait is a native of Meridian, MS and is proud to offer comprehensive surgical and medical eye care to the people of her hometown. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi's Honors College with a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology. Dr. Confait received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She then completed an internal medicine internship and ophthalmology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Confait enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and their three children, Jackson, Lyla, and Owen. She and her family attend St. Patrick Catholic church and are actively involved in the community.
